Building Trust Through Powerful Dialogue

WIth this two half-day workshop, boost team trust and community through a series of exercises in the form of dialogue. We begin with a needs-finding process including up to four interviews to deeply understand the team dynamics and needs. Then, we customize the workshop content and flow to create meaningful connections and deep trust throughout the team.
