I love that this is “included” in the coaching program. Really incredibly valuable. I love seeing your faces and reminding myself of the connection.

Alumni Roundtable

The virtual Alumni Roundtable provide a space for our coaching community to spark and support each other. These events are an opportunity to celebrate our successes and gain ideas for addressing challenges as coaches. We can share our favorite resources and find additional ways of connecting with each other beyond our own cohorts. This free gathering will be hosted by BECI and bring forth topics and content generated by you. This free gathering is an opportunity to learn with and from each other and is for any coach who has completed the 10-day institute. You do not need to have completed your 50 hours and final certification to attend.

Topic: Helping Clients Lead with Hope in the Face of Uncertainty and Anxiety

The number one need followers have from their leaders is a sense of authentic hope (Gallup, 2025). But how can leaders offer hope in such uncertain, anxiety-laden moments? Especially when they, themselves, may not feel any more hopeful than those for whom they are responsible? As executive coaches and people-forward leaders, we have the ability to help those we serve access and foster feelings of authentic hope regardless of the circumstances. In this interactive session, we will explore together six specific behaviors and mindsets that will help our clients lead from a place of hope with intention, power, and honesty. We will focus on foundational tools in our BECI kits as well as new concepts that complement them. By the end of the session, alumni will have a new specific checklist to incorporate into their own modalities to strengthen their clients' (and their own!) abilities to lead with hope.
