Have you ever heard of the Book of Five Rings (Go Rin no Sho) which was written in 1643-45 by Musashi Miyamoto a legendary Japanese swordsman, philosopher, and strategist?
Satoshi Yamamoto is part of our BECI faculty in Japan and is excited to introduce the benefits of applying thoughts from traditional martial arts to modern coaching philosophy and practice.
