The Leader as Coach Program supports leaders in expanding their toolkit to empower others and develop independent thinkers. The workshops are designed specifically for leaders at E&J Gallo who want to unlock the key success factors to creating a real coaching culture within the organization. Through a series of highly experiential learning modules and skill-building exercises, participants will practice coaching skills to become more impactful people leaders and business partners. Participants will develop their coaching mindset, behaviors and techniques to incorporate into their leadership to empower and develop others.
